• Board of Education Update: Meetings on TUESDAY, MARCH 31:

    Policy & Personnel at 5:30 p.m. - Board Business at 5:45 p.m. - Special Board at 7:00 p.m.

The Board of Education will be meeting on Tuesday, March 31 beginning at 5:30 pm at the Kolak Education Center, 1500 Fourth Street.  Some members will be meeting in person while others will be meeting via telephone, AND anyone attending the meeting will be practicing social distancing and other directed safety measures.

The meetings will be aired LIVE via the district's You Tube channel for your convenience. The Board of Education is encouraging your participation via You Tube in order to comply with Governor Ever's "Safer at Home" Order and still complying with open meetings laws during these unprecedented times.  You can access the You Tube channel here from the comfort and safety of your own home.

As many health officials have shared, social distancing is one of the important and proactive ways in which to flatten the infection curve, as the coronavirus can be spread easily by people who do not yet display any symptoms. While we are hopeful this pandemic will recede, we want to be cognizant of the fact that the coronavirus can spread quickly and rapidly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we keep the health and well-being of our community, board members and district staff a priority during these times.

You may find the agenda and attachments for the meetings on BoardDocs!
