Read Aloud 15 minutes is a national campaign to encourage families to read to their children from birth. It has lots of research and resources on the importance of reading. Reading aloud is the "single most important activity" you can do with your child.
Scholastic is an international advocate for literacy. They publish the Kids and Family Reading Report. It has research statistics and trends for kids and their families.
Zero to Three: Early Connections Last a Lifetime is a national organization dedicated to our little learners. They have information on early development and well-being, early learning, and parenting and advocacy sections on their websites.

Families can also sign-up for the 2020-2021 SDB all-day 4K and 2020-2021 Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Enrollment specialists will be on-site.
Plan on spending 45-60 minutes for the paperwork and screening.
