We look forward to seeing all our students back in school on Tuesday, September 3.The School District of Beloit partners with Durham School Services as their Transportation Management Company to provide transportation services with program oversight from the Executive Director of Business Services.

Eligibility
Mileage Eligibility
Students in PreK through 5th grade that live 1 mile or more from their resident school or in a designated hazardous area.Students in 6th through 8th grade that live 2 miles or more from their resident school, in a designated hazardous area or West of the Rock River.
Hazard Area Eligibility
Students who reside in designated hazard areas as listed in the District hazard plan. -

The Bus Zone app allows you to track and monitor your student's bus route including stops along the route, scheduled arrival times, and much more. It's easy to download and have your child's bus route in the palm of your hand. Follow the steps below to download the app today.1. Download the app on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
2. Enter the School Access Code: 3078SDB
3. In the search field, enter the bus or route number you want to follow.
4. Enter your child’s unique student ID.
5. Create alert zones around drop-off and pick-up points.

Transporting Students in Private Vehicles
Transporting Students in Private Vehicles
Staff and volunteers may transport students to field trips or other school activities using their private vehicle once they have been approved by the Business Office. The online Authorization to Transport Students forms must first be filled out along with submitting a copy of your current insurance information listing the policy expiration date on it to the Kolak Education Center Business Office, 1500 Fourth Street, Beloit or by emailing it to jmiller@sdb.k12.wi.us. If you have questions regarding transporting students, please call 608-361-4007.
