      Welcome to the School District of Beloit. We are a family of more than 6,800 students and 900 staff nestled in the heart of a thriving community – Beloit, Wisconsin.
      Our mission, values and goals support the academic success of our students. Our dedicated and talented teachers reinforce and encourage high academic expectations, quality instructional practices, viable curriculum, student engagement, and an emphasis on 21st Century Learning that highlights critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication.

    Hours and Attendance

    • Student School Day: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
       
      Student School Day on Wednesdays only: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
       
      Arrival time: 7:45 AM
       
      Breakfast: 7:45 in classrooms
       
      Students shouldn't arrive earlier than 7:30 AM.  Between 7:30-7:45 AM students are welcome to play on the playground or wait in their class line until allowed into school at 7:45 AM.  In the case of inclement weather, students will enter at 7:30AM to wait in the gym.
       
      Please make sure ALL attendance is called into 608-361-2305.  Please send a note when your child returns to school to excuse the absence.  
      Any students that arrive after the tardy bell at 8:00 a.m. MUST stop in the office to get a pass.
