Ms. Holli Steurer has worked for SDB for 10+ years. She started as Para and has continued in college each year working towards her bachelor's degree. Even as a 4K Para, her and the teacher worked together as co-teachers in the classroom. She is an example of a "grow your own" employee for Beloit. Born and raised here, and now giving back to our students. She is now in a Master's program for education. She taught PE at Robinson last year and is a Kindergarten teacher this year at Converse. Ms. Steurer has worked hard to complete this process while working full time and having 2 children under 3. I think Mr. Carter and Mrs. Malott could contribute on her work ethic as a wonderful, giving, hardworking teacher for our district.
