Academic Decathlon

  • Academic Decathlon is a national competition where students participate in ten scholastic events, including Art, Music, Literature, Economics, Math, Science, Social Studies, Speech, Interview, and Essay. Any student can participate in this activity, regardless of their grade level or GPA. Students who are part of the AcaDec meet regularly to study for competitions and coordinate fundraising events. During the 2021-2022 season, the BMHS Academic Decathlon team placed 16th in the state and went on to compete in the Online National Competition.
