Brett has been an amazing resource during this difficult distance learning experience. He quickly responds to any email and will answer questions even if it is not his department. On multiple occasions, Brett has offered to go to the homes of families that are struggling to access programs on their iPads. He goes above and beyond for the staff, students, and their families.

Brett has taken on the extra responsibility this year to make sure that devices are working for students and staff during distance learning. He helps coordinate the iPad and Chromebook support we provide for families and students every Thursday through our partnership with Beloit Public Library. Additionally, he continues to work hard to ensure that technology equipment is ready and the necessary training is done for the transition to our in-person learning model.

Ann is one of the hardest working people I know. She consistently goes above and beyond for our students and staff. Ann is the definition of a team player. She always maintains a positive attitude and is willing to help with any project or activity without being asked. She truly loves her students and is a great role model at Gaston. I am happy to nominate her to receive the All-Star Award.

Mr. Dave is A-MAZ-ING! Converse is extraordinarily clean and safe because of Mr. Dave's exceptional care for our building. Mr. Dave is not only our lead custodian, but he is also a friend and family member to all of our staff and, when we are in-person, he is a teacher to all of our students. The Converse family looks up to Mr. Dave; he always has something to say or some bit of news to share with us. We are so grateful and lucky to have Mr. Dave on our team and as part of the Converse Family.
