The School District of Beloit Holds Referendum Information Sessions
The Beloit Schools district is inviting members of the community to a number of informational sessions regarding a pair of referendum questions which will appear on the April Ballot.
Superintendent Dr. Willie Garrison says the sessions are crucial for people to attend so they can get all the information they will need in order to make an informed decision come this spring.
Garrison says a strong public school system helps everyone in the community, so even if people don’t have kids in the district they should still be attending to get the needed info.
The first session will be held Monday at 5:30pm in the Beloit Memorial Library, and a full schedule of sessions can be found on the district’s website.
