MADISON, Wis. — Beloit Memorial’s No. 1 singles player and No. 2 doubles team of Adrianne Sanderson and Kayla Perkins tuned up for Tuesday’s Southern Lakes Conference meet at Wilmot with victories on the road against Madison La Follette.

Ramsden defeated the Lancers’ Grace Steichen, 6-1, 6-1. Sanderson and Perkins teamed up to defeat Sherlyn Hernandez and Rayhan Motrib of La Follette, 6-3, 6-4.

The Lancers won the dual meet 5-2.

La Follette No. 2 singles player Liv Knops defeated Beloit’s Mina Alonzo 6-2, 6-4. Mia Phelps defeated Jessica Rodriguez at No. 3, 6-0, 6-0 while Violet Remus won by default. In doubles, Shado Weigel Sterr and Rebecca Oruruo defeated Yadira Mendoza and Ariadna Ruiz Martinez at No. 2 doubles, 6-3, 6-4 and Melody Thao and Sogie Rhyne beat Jenny Mendoza and Fabi Gonzalez 6-4, 6-1.
