The Survey is complete, the results were presented to the Board of Education and a hiring flyer was created and approved at the December 4th Special Board Meeting. The vacancy has been posted and applications are formally being accepted.

Consultants are in Beloit on Tuesday, November 20th, all day conducting Stakeholder meetings and holding an OPEN FORUM from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the public at the Kolak Education Center in the Boardroom.
On Monday, October 29th, the Board of Education interviewed semi-finalist search firms and after deliberations selected Ray and Associates as the search firm to perform the superintendent search. The two consultants working with the School District of Beloit are Dr. Mary Fasbender and Dr. Eric Dimmitt.
The Board of Education sent out an RFP or Request for Proposals seeking an executive search expert (or team) to work with the Board and all of its constituents to identify a leader who will grow, innovate, and improve the School District of Beloit. The successful candidate will have all the qualifications required to serve as the superintendent of a public school district in Wisconsin, and will be responsible for carrying out SDB board policies in an effective and efficient manner and providing professional administrative leadership for the District.
