School Nursing Staff

At the School District of Beloit, our health staff function as integral members of our school's administrative team, bridging the gap between health, wellness, and learning.

For many students, a health condition can interfere with their academic success. Our health staff work with families and students to identify, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the health needs of each individual child. Our staff also strengthen and facilitate the educational process by improving and protecting the health status of children and by identifying and assisting in the removal or modification of health-related barriers to the learning process.

At the School District of Beloit we are especially prepared and uniquely qualified in preventive health, health assessment, and referral procedures. With the help and collaboration of our health room assistants, your child will receive proactive and optimal health care.
