FOOD SERVICE

  • The goal of food services is to provide nutritious food service to enhance students' ability to learn. The School District of Beloit partners with ARAMARK as their Food Service Management Company to provide nutritious food services to the students, staff and other patrons. The ARAMARK Food Service Director manages the District's food service program and the Executive Director of Business Services provides food service program oversight.

Parents/Guardians can still review student a la carte food purchases (for secondary school students), view account balances and add funds online (we accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover debit and credit cards) by using Skyward Family Access

Please write a separate check for lunch account only to the School District of Beloit and make the deposit with your student's teacher or the food service staff at your school. This may be done online through your Skyward Family Access account, on registration day, or on the first day of school.

IMPORTANT: Families still need to complete a Household Income Form and a Fee Waiver Consent Form in order to receive a waiver of general school fees, athletic fees and activity fees. Fee waivers are for current year fees only. The information on the Household Income Form will determine if your student's fees can be waived. The Household Income Form is also very important as these will now be used to determine our district's eligibility for other funding such as Title 1, SAGE/AGR, E-rate, high poverty aid, sparsity aid and funds other programs across the district.

Each household in the District will receive a Household Income Form (one form per household) in the mail. Please complete this form and return back to the Kolak Education Center, Business Office, 1633 Keeler Avenue, Beloit, WI 53511 prior to registration. The Fee Waiver Consent Form (one form per student) will be available for you to complete at registration. Forms are also available on the Student Fees page, at your child's school, or by calling 608-361-4007.
