Every Wednesday for the 2019-2020 school year, all Fruzen students will be dismissed at 2:15 p.m. so that our teachers, administrators, and counselors can meet with their professional learning communities to look at student data and work, design instruction to fit students’ needs, and study best practices in instruction.
Our paraprofessional educators and instructional support staff will be available to supervise the students who need to stay in our “Falcons’ Nest” until 4:00p.m. As such, we have a limited number of spaces in this structured supervision program, and we will take students on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a completely separate program than the Wednesday after school CLC program that takes place every day from 4:00pm - 5:30p.m. The CLC program is a daily, ongoing learning opportunity that is grant-funded and cannot act as a Wednesday-only daycare.
*Please remember, buses will ONLY run at 2:15 on Wednesdays!*
