3/15/2011Urban Force Racing Readies Itself for the 2011 Season.
Urban Force Racing student crew have been working tirelessly alongside mentors in preparing the cars for the 2011 season.
The team hits the track on Saturday April 23rd at Madison International Speedway for an open practice from 12-5 PM. UFR fans are encouraged to attend the no-admission practice session to welcome in the new racing season!
Driver Zack "Showtime" Riddle thinks that the group of new UFR students really show talent and a strong work ethic. " I think these are quite possibly the best group of student interns that we have seen yet. They just want to work on the car and can't seem to get enough of that. It's just awesome" stated the Urban Force Racing "Wheelman".

Omar Martinez Returns From Foyt Racing Internship!
Omar Martinez has returned from a two week working interview with AJ Foyt Racing in Waller Texas. The Foyt Team said that they were pleased with his performance and desire to work on the Indy Car. Omar will be visiting with Foyt at the INDY 500 in May and discuss future plans with the team.

Student Crew Member Omar Martinez invited to AJ Foyt Enterprises to take his first step in becoming an IndyCar Mechanic !
Omar will be traveling to Foyt Racing in Waller Texas for the 2011 team kickoff meeting in January. Larry Foyt, team manager, will introduce Omar to the IndyCar Team, his first step towards being hired full-time.
We congratulate Omar on earning such a huge opportunity for success and we know that he will perform well beyond our expectations!
